Westinghouse Oven 688?

The clock/timer keeps buzzing. I have switched off the power to reset, no difference. Only way I can stop the buzzing is to press any of the buttons. Replace the relay??

When I turn the oven on the light comes on as well as the fan. When I turn the dial the light goes out and the fan stops but the oven keeps heating. Any ideas what might be the problem. Thank you
