I m having problems with my keypad. Sometimes it allows me to enter the code with no problem, and other times it ends up setting off the alarm. What do I need to do to resolve these issues? Ademco Keypad is what I have

HiTim, if the keypad is worn and you are continuously pressing buttons to try to get it to work you may be entering the code in the wrong sequence. This can create an alarm condition, It might be as well to obtain a new keypad if there available, state as much info as possible on model age etc
