How can I fix my Zanussi FJS1025W?

All the functions are working fine (Diagnostics run and say all OK) .....But..... the machine won't run through a full cycle. The circuit board has been reprogrammed, but still no joy.

there has to be a fault and usually a fault code will be stored in its memory.have you done this as you talk about running diagnostics???
