can anyone tell me how to change my security code on my veritas 8 alarm

try both

the old program (if you have the old veritas)

enter your existing code press prog

then 00 then 01 enter new code, prog, and reset

if you have the newer panel

enter existing code press prog ,then 60 enter a new code

then prog and reset
