there are 2key pads on the system 1has got number9827 and the other has 3200 the 3200is the 1 iam having problems with ie 3buttons do not work

Change your code using the 'good' KeyPad keeping away from the iffy numbers.
Don't use double digits eg 1123 - 3783 - 9554 - 1066 etc
