My Veritas 8 alarm is all lit up and seems to have 'frozen'?

I've been renovating my flat and last time the power was turned off, when it was switched back on every single light on the alarm panel came on. It's all lit up like a Christmas tree!
Nothing seems to happen at when you press any buttons - it seems to have frozen. I suspect it needs resetting but have no idea how - please can anyone help??

Thanks Marko, but nothing happens when you press any buttons - they don't even beep. It's literally just all lit up and that's it. Could the power interruption have caused this? I'm wondering what would happen if I took the fuse out...

First off try inputting your code then RESET. Not sure if it will work but to restore factory settings you enter programming mode(engineer mode is factory set to 1234) then press 07 and then PROG. This will as stated reset the whole system which means that the system set up will need to be reprogrammed. The on-line user guide can be downloaded at as a PDF doc at Texecom, http://www.texe.com/downloads.php?page=33
