Film rolling up on rear rollers?

we have ultima 65 laminating machine cleaned all rollers bur rear gray rollers the film keeps wrapping around those any suggestions thanks

removing laminating sheets on rollers when it was replaced incorrectly?

I mistakenly misfed the top roll and the sheet is stuck to the roller. Most of it has come off but there is a thin layer still on the roll. Any suggestions?
