Fix Fault Eurolec

Has anyone got a manual for eurolec wd001

within 5 minutes of starting my dishwasher it starts to beep, when i open it the lights are flashing 1, 3+4, then 2 & is full of steam. can you help please?

hob, fan, grill all work on eurolec oven but no heat in oven....how do you fit a new fan element? also need a n instruction manual as dont know how timer works....
