How do I reinstall my HP Printer 2050 J510 so my computer recognizes it. Have upgraded to IE 11 and now says needs driver

i have a hp deskjet f4100 all-in-one series printer and it wont turn on. the light wont go on. do it have a fuse somewhere?

Changed both cartridges in my hp printer/scanner now only yellow will print.

The printer will print off what you have done. When you need to print off another copy you have to switch off the printer and back on and it will print it again. Help anyone?
