Fix Fault Olympic

I have a Firebird Olympic oil burner. The water in the radiators becomes very hot and in my opinion, the burner is somehow bypassing the temperature control. Any advice would be welcome.

Heating system works fine but when i switch to hot water boiler wont ignite

The blue off button on the dial clicks but does not turn the timer off can it be replaced
