Fix Fault Timing Belt

the paddle won't move. guess the timing belt broke. where can i order/buy the belt in malaysia

my fanbelt snapped and wrapped round the crank pulley causing the timing belt to jump a few teeth will this have bent the valves

The timing belt will not turn when the machine is running. Everyhing else works. It is not jammed as it turns easily by hand.
