The shower keeps going from hot to cold half way though a shower with out changing any settings

the neon light is working and the power switch is lit up

When I switch on the shower unit, the led lights for a fraction of a second and goes off, the led in the pull switch also goes off. I then switch off the unit and the led in the pull switch comes back ... more

I HAVE AN aQUATRONIC ONE PLUS the Pdv blew due to water pressure. I have fitted a new PRD but water still comes through it. The sealing ball is still intact any suggestions?
