Unable to reduce water temp from very hot on our aquatronic power mixer sho?

We have just moved house and inherited an aquatronic power mixer shower. Power is fine but the shower is too hot even when we set temp dial to its coldest.

When the shower is turned on the water comes out the shower head and also it gushes out the bottom left , can this be repaird thanks
