Glow-worm 30sxi heating but no hot water?

Suddenly we have no hot water but the heating is operating OK. Hot water advance switch/light working on the Drayton and boiler clicking in when pressed.

my heating works but has a constant red flashing light when i turn the dial for the heating to come on the green light comes on and the red light still flashes

everything looks fine but- 1) the radiators are not being regulated by the unit because they do not switch off when the thermostat temperature has been reached.
