Fix Fault Ferroli Modena

My central heating light on control panel keeps flashing and boiler will kick up then go of after 2 minutes but also my thermostat doesn't work is this the problem many thanks

Boiler not running _no heating or hot water. Fan not working, willnot lite .water at 1.5bars . Showing lockout light and fault light 5.tried resetting nothing runs or attempts to. Any ideas
