heatline compact s24 boiler?

hi fitted a secondhand heatline boiler today ive presured the system up but the presure bar light is flashing any ideas

My Heatline C28 boiler ignites for 5-10 seconds when water of central heating is requested, then the flame goes out. I have replaced the gas valve and removed and replaced the flu. Any ideas?
