Overheating engine?

Jaguar S Type 4.0 sports 2001. Overheating even though the coolant level is fine, I recently topped it up with water. What could the problenm be?

The boiler runs ok for about 1hr,then gas cuts out,comes on again for about 10sec.cuts out.on and off all the time.but never goes onto "high fire". Any solutions to the problem?

The Washer Bottle IS full of fluid, When the buttons is pressed the washer bottle pump can be heard tho' no water comes out to screen (only a very few drips)

How can I Fix my Jaguar combi Boiler?

The pressure keeps dropping to 0.5 when it should run at 2.0. No sign of any leaks in the system. I have to put small amounts of water in 3 times a week.
