How can I unlock " Key lock"?

I have a Memorex DVD player hooked to a JVC and out of the blue I have a "key lock" on the screen and can't load a disc etc. Can find nothing in either manual !

Put a Memorex Lens cleaner into Boise and it has gone dead. Can't it out?

After a few minutes the Boise went black. Can't turn off or on. Have unplugged and plugged back in but can't get it to even eject the cleaner disc. What can I do. Hope I haven't ruined it.

Memorex paper shredder won't shred as papers are loaded, but reverse works?

While reverse on Memorex shredder works, the feed in of papers doesn't cut..also power lite goes out in shifting to "auto" mode? No broken welds, loose wiring.
