The battery charger connection on my Navman F20 is faulty. ?

Any ideas as to how this can be repaired. Is there anywhere in the North West or is it possible to repair oneself?. Any help would be be appreciated

Reset Button?

My reset button seems to of broken on man Navman f30. When I push the pin in it just goes all the way in seems as though the button isn't there to push.
