We always rinse plates before putting them into the dishwasher, but everything, especially cutlery is coming out unclean and is wet and cold. The dishwasher is only 2 years old.

Baumatic ceramic hob bhc605, powering up but no ring will go on, help!?

The hob is lighting up when you turn main power on but when you try to turn any rings on, it is doing nothing. Child lock is not on. Any suggestions what I should do or is it time for a new one?
