my baxi 105he wont ignite?

my baxi starts but it wont ignite,even if i keep it on it still wont ignite,any sugestions on how i can fix it .

boiler starts fine but when it gets to 40 degrees it shuts down and the water is warm at best,then it starts up again and repeats the process. any ideas please.thanks
