Halstead Ace Lockout Problem?

I have a porblem on my Halstead Ace Combi Boiler where the 'Burner On' and 'Lockout' buttons have come on resulting in no heating or central heating. Any ideas?? - Thanks

I have to "top up" my Halstead boiler every day?
