TV guide not showing?

We are unable to record on our Thomson 250 recorder as the guide is no longer downloading. Rescanning has not rectified the problem

How can I fix my Thomson Digital TV Recorder?

Guide is showing only today, and there is no synopsis. Switching off or channel scanning does not make any difference. How can this be fixed??

TV guide is only showing current day ?

Thomson top up set. TV guide is only showing current day, normally displays 14 days, which makes advanced recording difficult. Also programme synopsis/information has disappeared.
