Lexus is200 satnav?

My satnav is not accepting address from the start of the year, clicking the address button in order to enter a new address nothing happen, is there a reset to get it working again?

My headlights woudnt turn off to startwith , now they wont come on at all, but high beam will still flash, bulbs and fuses are ok as is the lighting relay under the bonnet what else can it be
