please help - optima - xm - not working?

after power failure the zone 1 and power are the only lights on on front of panel. but we are unable to get any of the number code buttons to work or register.

how do i reset my alarm to new 4 digit number?

i am selling my house and would like to change the 4 digit number for new buyer, how do i do the alarm, the model is optima xm , could u pls give me some idea at how to do it,
